    1. Sure! Super easy! A pop-tube of crossaint dough (I buy the kind that isn't cut, but a single sheet). I spread it flat and roll up the edges a little. Dock it with a fork (like pizza dough) and parbake for 5ish minutes (while the oven preheats to 375). I push down the middle of the dough when it comes out. Break 8 eggs on it. I like crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar-ish cheese over the top. Bake for 15-30 minutes until the eggs are as you like (my kids like them cooked hard). Easy and delicious.
