The Simple Woman’s Daybook for May 2, 2011

FOR TODAY May 2, 2011 …

Outside my window… it is gray but not raining immediately.

I am thinking… the z-pack had better work.

I am thankful for… the organizers who put together the Homeschool Showcase at church the other night. It was a lovely evening.

From the learning rooms… games, puzzles, more PBS kids than I like …

From the kitchen… the children scavenged for lunch. Dinner is a good question, probably spaghetti.

I am wearing… jeans and blue blouse … and only because I went to see the CNP this morning.

I am creating…

I am going… maybe to Tball practice … maybe it’ll be cancelled.

I am reading… another Georgette Heyer book.

I am hoping… to take a nap in a few minutes.

I am hearing… HGTV.

Around the house… don’t even ask.

One of my favorite things… I really love my netbook. It is small, portable, and very functional. It has lasted very well.

A few plans for the rest of the week: taking a pill from the Zpack each of the next four days …
