Book Review: Devil’s Cub by Georgette Heyer

Devil's CubDevil’s Cub by Georgette Heyer

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I enjoy Georgette Heyer books.  They’re straightforward, entertaining … but generally not super thought provoking.  Light reading in the evening.  Plus, my mom had a big collection, so I’ve been reading through them for free.  They’re romances set generally in the Regency era.

Devil’s Cub was set in the 1700s, when France was still safe for the aristocracy of England (and France for that matter) to travel.

This book did cause me to think about choices we make, how they effect children, grandchildren and the choices they will make.
