Who on earth thinks fleece lined Flip-Flops are a good idea?

I would wonder that, too, except that I lived in southern California for a while. It doesn’t get cold enough to wear real fleece slippers or terribly warm shoes, but people still like to feel like it’s wintertime with their footwear.
Congratulations!!! You are brave, brave people. I don’t think we’re in any danger since Isaac never sleeps for more than 3 hours at a time (and that’s rare). You know, the whole nursing every 3 hours= no babies for a while!!!
LOL! I don’t know why I didn’t see this last fall – but I wear flip-flops all the time in the house. I prefer being barefoot, but my feet get too tired, plus with homeschooling seven kids I’m just not able to keep the kitchen and breakfast room floors and the living room carpet clean enough to keep from feeling icky (yes, I’m neurotic about any little tiny bit of grit under my feet) so I wear flip flops.
When it’s cold I wear socks and flip flops. I have Japanese housewife feet in the winter. :-p

That’s my guess.
looks good to me 😉
I’m sure part of my bias is that I think wearing flip-flops most of the time other than at the beach is pretty ridiculous anyway.
I like wearing flip-flops (and yes, I even enjoy wearing them beyond the beach!) but I have to admit that fleece lined ones are a little over the top!
