Love that quote. It's funny, I first saw it quoted by "Lord Peter" in one of the Peter Wimsey books which caused me to look it up. Reminds me of the "All is Well" Christmas hymn by Michael W. Smith or "It is Well With My Soul" (one of my favorite old hymns). Comforting thoughts in trying times!
I love it too. Some weeks, when there's no reason for things to be just off, this gets me through a lot. Between this and his mercies being new every day, a great deal of comfort is provided.
Was reminded of T.S. Elliot's Little Gidding…where he uses that quote multiple times. One of my favorites.
"And all shall be well and
All manner of thing shall be well
When the tongues of flames are in-folded
Into the crowned knot of fire
And the fire and the rose are one."

Oh, wow. Thanks! I know I have to read some Eliot, but … wow.
How lovely!
You commented on my blog that you couldn't see the graphic, and I can't see yours now on my iPad, but I can on my phone. Strange…
