The Simple Woman’s Daybook for March 9, 2015
FOR TODAY
Outside my window… the sun is rising. The clouds are rose pink and light orange and yellow. Lovely.
I am thankful… for the faithful preaching of my pastors. They always encourage, challenge, and strengthen my love for the Godhead and by this means for my family and the others around me.
I am wearing… Frosty the Snowman pajamas. I suppose I should get dressed for the day.
I am creating… graphics. I’ve been working to improve my photographs and presentation this year. Because I’m not very visual, this is a struggle for me. Any advice or suggestions are gratefully appreciated!
I am going… to finish my homework for my CM Group meeting tonight. I can only wait because I want to be prepared, and I’m not!
I am wondering…
I am reading… too many books which means I’m not accomplishing anything. I did get book #10 of the Sebastian St. Cyr series by CS Harris from the library last week. It was just published this month. I’m not letting myself read it until my homework for tonight is done, though I’m itching to get to reading.
I am hoping… that Jason’s work goes well and he can meet his big deadline.
I am looking forward to… a few sports-free weeks. It’s a chance to stay home and breath deeply.
I am learning… about parenting and teaching in CM ways.
Around the house… I ran a lot of laundry on Saturday, but it all needs folded.
I am pondering… how love fits into revel. And how to revel while seeing imperfections. Love covers a multitude of sins is the first part, I think …
A favorite quote for today… “Nowadays, people are so jeezled up. If they took some chamomile tea and spent more time rocking on the porch in the evening listening to the liquid song of the hermit thrush, they might enjoy life more.” – Tasha Tudor
A few plans for the rest of the week… a big event tomorrow, school, Art with Friends, [crickets]
A peek into my day… Last day of basketball season. Sorry for the blurriness of the first; I was running down bleachers to get it taken.

I love your quote. And I, too, am happy that winter sports are over! Have a great week!
Thanks, you too.
Spring sports start all too soon, though. At least it's my favorite 🙂
I love the quote!!! Have a great week!
Thanks! Pinterest is a wonderful place to find quotes.
