FOR TODAY

Outside my window… the sun is breaking through the clouds.  The grass is a little greener.  Spring is springing, perhaps.

I am thinking…
Finally.

I am thankful…
for Jason taking time off so I could go to the Cincinnati Homeschool Convention

In the kitchen…
my son is making scrambled eggs for breakfast.

I am wearing…
black skirt and green shirt – short sleeves!

I am creating…

I am going… to work on my class, which I’m two or three lessons behind on.  Soccer season and spring, what was I thinking!?

I am wondering… how this day will go.  Mondays are often hard.  I’m praying that today won’t be.

I am reading… Leonardo and the Last Supper on my Kindle.

I am hoping… we have a good week.

I am looking forward to… soccer games! M-girl got an assist on Saturday!

I am learning… let me get back to you.  My brain is settling from ideas.

Around the house… well, I was gone all weekend, and the family did a good job, but there’s some to be done.

I am pondering… the marriage feast of the lamb.  The differences between Sinai and Zion.  Great sermons yesterday.

A favorite quote for today… “The objective of each lesson should be an increased perception of Truth.” – Andrew Kern

One of my favorite things… coming home when I’ve been gone for a bit. My kiddos and husband always make that precious.

A few plans for the rest of the week… soccer and, um, soccer and soccer. Did I mention soccer? Yippee!

A peek into my day…
one of these days I need to take a picture of the convention …
