The Simple Woman’s Daybook for April 1, 2013

FOR TODAY

Outside my window… it’s daytime, but cloudy and gray.

I am thinking… about sessions I want to go to for convention.

I am thankful… that I get to go to the Homeschool Convention this week.

In the kitchen… [sigh]

I am wearing… jeans and a hot pink peasant blouse

I am creating… a list of things to look at at convention.

I am going… to soccer practice …

I am wondering… how these three days of school will go.

I am reading… Leonardo and the Last Supper.  I should pick back up The Shaping of a Christian Family.

I am hoping… to finish one of those books this week.

I am looking forward to… um.  The Homeschool Convention.  Going with my MIL, SIL, and dear friend.  Yay!

I am learning… that each child is different.  I’ll keep learning, I suppose.

Around the house… there’s plenty to do.  Stuff to put away.

I am pondering… a trip to the library today.

A favorite quote for today… He is risen! He is risen, indeed!

One of my favorite things… Easter Sunday. 

A few plans for the rest of the week… soccer, piano, convention.
