The Simple Woman’s Daybook for June 11, 2012

FOR TODAY

Outside my window… it is a little dreary and rainy.  But we need the rain, so hooray.

I am thinking… how nice it is to be home!

I am thankful… for a wonderful vacation with my wonderful inlaws.

In the kitchen… let’s just say I need to go to the store …

I am wearing… jammies! I need to get dressed …

I am creating… unpacked luggage?

I am going… to the library and a tball game.

I am wondering… if we can get stuff unpacked today.

I am reading… I don’t know what at the moment … I have a few books open, but nothing has caught me quite yet.

I am hoping… to get a little school done this week before VBS next week.

I am looking forward to… VBS next week.  I get to work in the nursery with Anna! 

I am learning… my limits.

Around the house… we cleaned pretty well before leaving, but now to re-integrating is a job.

I am pondering… love as considering the view of the other person.  Sunday school and Howatch reading both influencing the line of thought.

A favorite quote for today…

One of my favorite things… our Select Comfort bed.  Sleeping in our own bed is always a relief after time away.

A few plans for the rest of the week… tball and softball.  And celebrating R-girl’s birthday! Hard to believe she’s five!!

A peek into my day… maybe another day … I think I left my camera at my parents’ house yesterday! Oops!
