Barbara Kingsolver has evidently written an Op-Ed piece for the LA Times that espouses the current misconception that love is ooshy-gooshy and does not include respect, justice, or discipline. I tried to read her Poisonwood Bible this past spring and found it to be slow, wordy, and dull. (I never finished)

Oh, and I got my Queensrÿche CD in the mail. Yay!

When I first heard about this, I thought he was arrested for having a weapon in his vehicle. Then I read he was arrested for having a weapon he wasn’t supposed to have in his car.

Well … I’m home and what do you suppose is one of the first things I do? Check my blog, of course. Its a sickness I tell you … I’ll have more to say about my trip, but for now, I’m famished and we’re going to dinner …
