NPR’s Robert Siegel talks with Nate Haasis, quarterback for the Spartans of Southeast High in Springfield, Ill., who two weekends ago became his conference’s all-time passing champion with a record 5,006 yards. Haasis has since asked that the record be struck from the books, as the play occurred as a result of a deal struck between the team coaches.

Integrity isn’t dead, evidently.
