New York has begun to process Death Certificates. On NPR this morning, they said that Missing Persons certificates usually take 3 years to process, in this case, they will be done within a couple of months (or weeks or days, I don’t remember and can’t find the NPR article … but certainly more quickly than years). NY will also have attorneys available for consultation free of charge.

This brings on a new spate of tears …
