I’ve been a little busy and a bit sick. I got the awful cold and lost my voice for a week! I’m pretty much better now, although I am still on the meds the dr prescribed. Yuck.

Work right now is Open enrollment where we have to enter Benefit changes for all our associates. I did 8 hours of data entry yesterday, and have more to face today. IOW, I’m swamped at work. Which is good. I feel like I’m accomplishing something. I’d rather be busy than bored, which I am most of the time.

Jason had already caught 2 mice, I’ve seen at least 1 more twice since then (although I’m convinced we have 2 mice. I’m not a big cat fan, but maybe we need to borrow a cat 🙁

Way back in September I read Girl Meets God. I enjoyed it. This is not a whole-hearted recommendation, however. I loved her emphasis on the church calendar. I enjoyed reading about Judaism and learning some about it. She is pretty open about her life. Toward the end of the book, though, there was just something that holds me back from saying, “I love this book.”
