Friday for breakfast we enjoyed Greek Yogurt with Honey and Walnuts. Yum.
(We had panini for lunch on Saturday, so I guess that counts as Italian?)
Tonight, I made paella and gazpacho. Spanish food was not at the top of the children’s list of favorites. I was the only one who liked the gazpacho, and it will be better tomorrow. Jason and I both liked the paella. I served the shrimp on the side. M-girl and N-boy basically enjoyed a meal of shrimp and Almond Butter & Jelly. R-girl only had the sandwich. They all tried *some* of both the other dishes.

too much work … plus, not really a breakfast food LOL
"enjoyed a meal of shrimp and Almond Butter & Jelly"… that combination just doesn't sound good.
