ESPN Radio just reported that the Supreme Court turned down the Clarett request to lift the stay issued Tuesday. He and Mike Williams will not be in the draft.

If the Circuit Court rules that they can be drafted, there will be a supplemental draft. If the Circuit Court rules they are not eligible for the draft, Clarett will appeal.
