Clarence Thomas, ironically enough, was the subject of tonight’s profile of Supreme Court Justices on CSPAN-2. (You’ll have to click on “Watch” next to his name). One of the fascinating discussions was by Scott Douglas Gerber who wrote a book about Thomas’ Jurisprudence, and how as a liberal, he felt that Thomas has been given a raw deal in the opinions of people who think he is a Scalia clone.

I think I’ll go watch the profile of Antonin Scalia, too.
