Actually, Jason sent this article to me, but it was too awesome for me not to take note of! Datish is the newest verbal committment to Tressel’s first real recruiting class – a nationally recruited Offensive Lineman (and boy do we need those!), and he had this to say:

“I wasn’t going to go to Ohio State if coach (John) Cooper was still there,” Datish said. “I had really lost respect for what was going on down there. It wasn’t Ohio State the way I remembered it, the way my dad talked about it. It wasn’t the same place.”

I always supported AD Geiger’s decision (it was about time to change coaches!), but if I hadn’t, this would change my mind.
